Red White and Blue Wreath/Candle Ring

Yards of red, white and block tulle cut into strips and individually tied onto metal wreath form. It has red and blue ribbon with stars on them tied in between the tulle in some areas. The blue tulle has glitter intertwined in the tulle to give it a starry effect.

Nice and full! Not only is this the perfect centerpiece for any patriotic holiday as a candle ring (a white candle will set it off. (candle pictured is not included). It also doubles as a small wreath to be hung anywhere you choose.
