Eclectic Style: Decorating is Therapeutic

Well 2026 not has not only brought us into a new year it has also brought about a decor change in my home. I felt the need for change during the holiday season so I am not surprised that I am moving forward with such determination. I became locked in on this journey in decorating around 2017-18 and I have been moving and shaking nonstop for 8 years. I have not phased out any particular design for good meantime I am trying something new but not unfamiliar to me. I decorate for me, its my style which is why I dropped the specific design title from my IG page and let it just say "Eclectic Style"  so it wont be labeled as one specific style. You will see a mix of things within my home as well as some similar and different things between the two rooms I primarily decorate which is my living and dining rooms. I have enjoyed the past 5 years displaying all my AFRO BOHO decor and inspiring others with it. Some of my followers might not like my change because they their focus is on one design style which is fine. I love seeing all the ways decorators adorn their homes to their liking. I am going to experiment with this different look and see how long it keeps me intrigued. I wont be locking myself into one way of decorating and since my inventory is vast I can switch up and decorate any way I feel like whenever the feeling comes over me.
